Additional instructions or description on the painting e.g. facial expression preferred pose if wanted, what they are doing. if you don't have an additional description you can also provide reference images on what you want.

Payments must be upfront; no partial payments.

Prices may change according to amount of detail / complexity of the commission.

Major revisions are ONLY allowed to be made during the first check-in (changes in pose, props etc).

During the second check-in, you will not be charged if it is a minor edit in the illustration (this will be decided by me).

Any major revisions wanted thereafter will incur an additional fee depending on the complexity.

Only up to THREE changes are allowed

during the entire process so be sure to be as descriptive as possible in your request and include references if necessary!

Commission turnaround times generally fall between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of pieces.

Larger projects like character sheets and full illustrations may take up to 3 months.

Please understand that I have a visual condition that can sometimes make it difficult to work for extended periods at the screen. I'm also a full-time college student, so there might be times when a commission takes a bit longer than expected.

If you have a tight deadline, a small rush fee can be added to prioritize your commission.
